Hochadel Roofing, Inc. was established in St. Petersburg, Florida by Charles Hochadel III. While serving the St. Pete area, Hochadel took a leap of faith, expanding the business north to Hartford City, Indiana in 1992. Since then, we have been proudly serving counties throughout Central Indiana. Charles & wife Deborah retired in 2019, selling the company to grandson Bailey Terrell and his wife Megan. The Terrells have continued the diligence and passion for each customer and project. Safety, integrity, quality, and family remain our highest priorities.

Hochadel Roofing has done work for my family three times spanning 15+ years and done exceptional work each time. My most recent experience was the spring of 2020, when two large pine trees fell on our house during a storm. Bailey came on a Sunday morning, after the storm to assess the damage and also personally tarped a very high and steep section of roof that I was in no way willing to tackle myself. There was a lot of damage to our siding, gutters, and roof. Hochadel repaired all the damage and really made the process as smooth as possible. My experience has been consistently positive in all respects. If you need any services done that Hochadel offers, I recommend them without hesitation.

Hochadel Roofing is amazing!! I called Bailey for a quote was out here the same day to give an estimate and was here the very next day to install my roof. This company did an amazing job with our roof removal and new roof installation! Our older farmhouse is by no means uniform as far as the roof is concerned! They were courteous and considerate with our wishes. They completed our roof removal and installation in just one day! alAny additional boards that needed replaced or other work was done as well! they also cleaned up after they had completed the job! In late July a tree fell on my garage in a windstorm. I contacted Bailey at Hochadel and he was at my house the same day for a fast and free estimate. Hochadel replaced multiple damaged sheets of decking and had the entire roof tore off and replaced in one day. The whole crew including the owner were up on my roof working hard. The roof looks amazing and it hasn’t leaked a drop! I recommend Hochadel Roofing to everyone!
