TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Extended Guarantee(s) ONLY covers the work previously performed by us as a malfunction of its installation and or materials. Failure of your roofing system through abuse, acts of nature, neglect, vandalism, fire, flood, or earthquake will not be covered. The results of ordinary wear and tear, or previously existing conditions will not constitute cause for repair or replacement. Any eligible repair that fails to perform as designed will be repaired at no additional charge for as long as your Overhead Care Club™ membership is in good standing.

Roofing systems must comply with all local codes. Other conditions may be required for eligibility as determined by our technician. Maintenance or alteration of eligible products and/or materials by anyone other than our company will void warranty.

We will inspect your roofing system at least once every 12 months. All visits requested by us must be completed in order to maintain guarantees. Annual visits will be performed during normal business hours. Roofing system visits are not a contractual component to this agreement. They will be performed as the schedule allows, or at the request of the customer.

Cancellations require a letter sent to us prior to the first Monday of each month in order to avoid charges. All monies paid are nonrefundable. All promotions, offerings, discounts, and anything else stated are valid only while account is paid and in good standing.
